Responsibilities:

<li>Assist with recruitment, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing related documents.</li>
<li>Pre &amp; post-employment screening checks, including criminal record checks or medical examination.</li>
<li>Manage office administration tasks, including handling office supplies, office maintenance, and purchasing office supplies.</li>
<li>Handle visa and work permit applications, 90-day reports, and dealings with Thai government departments.</li>
<li>Book business trip flights, hotels, and transportation for employee, expats and visitors.</li>
<li>Provide airport security permission passes for entitled staff.</li>
<li>Perform daily administrative operations.</li>
