Having worked in various countries, I've observed that labor laws are typically either employer- or employee-focused, with more similarities than differences in structure. Seeking expert advice is crucial for high-risk or visible issues, as the complexity of union or collective agreements can vary widely. The most important lesson is that good intentions, transparency, and treating others as you'd like to be treated are key to success.
