๐‚๐€๐ - Assessing if the candidate can succeed in the role. Different industries require HR Leaders to focus on varying responsibilities. With over 420 LinkedIn industry categories, evaluating a candidateโ€™s ability to deliver is crucial.

Examples include Biotechnology Research, Engineering or IT Services, Manufacturing, and Consumer Goods. The role of an HR Leader varies based on business goals and team dynamics. For instance, supporting biomedical doctors in cancer research involves long-term performance goals, while providing engineering or IT services is more project-centric. In consumer goods, HR leaders collaborate with sales and marketing to drive growth, whereas in manufacturing, the focus is on short-term KPIs, productivity, and safety.
